Our procedures allow us to implement any structure or texture on metal surfaces, as per the client’s demand.

The purpose of the process is permanently applying any structure or texture to the surface of metal kits, which are intended for manufacturing plastic components using injection technology, blowing technology or thermoforming technology. This allows us to achieve the look of leather, fabric, wood and numerous other various textures and patterns.

Until recently, texturing complex designs with geometric textures was a challenge, since texturing simply could not be done without visible splices. With the procedures we have developed and regularly perform, this is now entirely possible.

Our services allow you to manufacture wonderful (moulded, blown or thermoformed) plastic products which, instead of producing the appearance of cheap plastic, create the look of natural materials such as leather or wood.
